Setting up timesheets for team members

  1. Navigate to the detail screen for the team member you wish to work with.
  2. Click the Human Resource tab, then click Edit.
  3. Under the Time / Expense section select the Time Sheet Approver who will oversee this team member’s timesheets.
  4. Select any days of the week when the system should not generate timesheets for this team member. aACE will automatically generate timesheets based on this preference.


5. Select the categories for tasks this team member performs. See Filling Out Timesheets for more information on categories.
6. When finished, click Save.
