Assigning Expense Approvers to Team Members

To assign an expense approver to a team member record, follow the steps below.

  1. Navigate to the detail screen for the team member you wish to work with then click Edit.
  2. Click the Human Resource screen.
  3. Under the Time / Expense section, select the expense approver who will oversee this team member's expenses.

  4. When finished, click Save.
